Dave Rothschild is leading our global software, technology and cloud services teams to drive innovation into Motorola Mobility products and services.

With almost 30 years of experience, Rothschild has held global senior leadership roles serving enterprise, wireless service provider, and consumer segments with companies providing innovative computing devices, software and Internet services, including Apple, Netscape, Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard. He also served as chief executive officer for two venture-capital-backed companies in mobile software and cloud services.

Rothschild joined Motorola Mobility in 2010. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the Haas School at the University of California, Berkeley, and a master’s degree in management, information systems and corporate strategy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management.
