Fei Liu leads Motorola Mobility’s Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) activities and is responsible for creating and executing the strategic vision for the mass market consumer products segment.

Liu has more than 20 years of multinational management experience in the worldwide wireless industry, and has served in executive leadership roles for companies located in China, Europe and the U.S.

Liu joined Motorola in 2009. Previous positions included senior vice president of the TCL Group, responsible for corporate strategy, and chief executive officer of TCL Communication Technology, a joint venture between China-based TCL Corp. and Alcatel Lucent.

He went through a doctorate program in CDMA communication system analysis and design from a joint program between the University of California, San Diego, and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Liu also holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
