Mark Shockley oversees all aspects of Motorola’s Mobile Devices sales operations globally. Since taking this role, Shockley has been a key contributor in driving improvements in Mobile Devices’ worldwide business while maintaining an intense focus on critical customer and partner relationships.
Prior to his current role, he served as senior vice president and general manager for the Americas Region Go-to-Market for Motorola’s Mobile Devices organization, where he was responsible for the financial performance and customer relationships of the region’s handset business, including carrier, retail, online and alternative distribution channels.
Previously, Shockley served as corporate vice president and general manager, East Asia Mobile Devices. In this role, he successfully reset Motorola Mobility’s Asia strategy and turned around the financial performance of the region.
As part of Mobile Devices since 2005, he has also held leadership positions in product management and operations.
Previously, Shockley held key leadership positions in sales, marketing, international operations, product management and critical account management.
He joined Motorola in 1979 after receiving a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University.
