Scott Crum leads a team that includes human resources, facilities, real estate, loss prevention and security professionals who support Motorola Mobility.

Crum’s team was instrumental in preparing for the Separation of Motorola into two independent, publicly traded companies, one of which is Motorola Mobility.

Crum has global responsibilities for building the new company’s workforce and culture to compete in a dynamic marketplace that features the convergence of mobility, media, consumer computing and the Internet.

He rejoined Motorola in 2010. Scott previously served with Motorola after its acquisition in 2000 of General Instrument Corp., where he headed the Human Resources (HR) organization. Prior to returning to Motorola, Scott led HR at ITT Corp. for eight years. He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration-industrial relations.
