Scott Sullivan is senior vice president of people operations for Motorola Mobility. He manages all aspects of human resources for the company, including talent management, benefits, staffing, employee development and compensation.

Scott was previously global head of human resources for Visa Inc., senior vice president of HR at NVIDIA, and vice president of human resources at Portal Software.

Prior to taking executive HR roles, Scott was a managing consultant at Towers Perrin. He started his career in the military where he was an engineering company commander, personnel officer and member of the leadership faculty at West Point.
