Three Motorola Mobility Products Recognized by IDSA

Consumers around the world are lauding some of Motorola Mobility’s latest products for their performance, intuitive design, and ability to keep up with them wherever they go. Members of the media have recognized them for their groundbreaking features and attractive functionality. And now, a significant industry association has followed suit. The DROID RAZR™ design strategy, ELITE SLIVER™ headset and SMARTACTIONS™ have all been recognized by Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA), the world’s oldest and largest member-driven society in this industry.
Few companies have as much representation in the IDEA gallery as Motorola Mobility does this year. The design strategy behind DROID RAZR received an International Design Excellence Award (IDEA) bronze in the Design Strategy category, acknowledged for its accomplishments in elevating the RAZR brand and refocusing the Verizon Wireless DROID brand. The ELITE SLIVER headset was given a silver IDEA for its elegant design and unobtrusive style in the Communications Tools category. And lastly, the ability for SMARTACTIONS to learn a user’s needs and automate daily tasks earned it finalist standing in the Digital Design category.
