Video solutions provider driving personalized multi-screen video experiences to market

LIBERTYVILLE, Ill. and MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – Sept. 13, 2011 – Motorola Mobility, Inc. (NYSE: MMI) continues to work toward bringing new video experiences to market, and through its strategic investment arm Motorola Mobility Ventures, has made an investment in Ooyala, Inc. Ooyala is a leading provider of online video management, analytics, personalization and monetization technology and services.
Founded in 2007, Ooyala’s solutions include the recently announced Ooyala Everywhere™, a suite of integrated technologies and services that deliver professional video across mobile devices, connected TVs and browsers. Ooyala Everywhere enables publishers to deliver rich, personalized viewer experiences that can be fully monetized through ads, subscriptions, and pay-per-view.
