Motorola Third-Quarter 2009 Earnings Results to Be Issued on October 29

Presentation by Executives Following Earnings Release to Be Webcast

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. – October 22, 2009 – Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT) third-quarter results are scheduled to be issued at approximately 6 a.m. U.S. Central Time on Thursday, October 29. Motorola will host its quarterly conference call with financial analysts following the earnings release at 7 a.m. U.S. Central Time on October 29. The conference call will be webcast live with audio and slides at www.motorola.com/investor.

A replay of the conference call will be available over the Internet at  www.motorola.com/investor approximately three hours after the call has been completed.
